Fishing and relaxing

Yesterday, because it was raining in the morning, we postponed the planned trip to Nakhon Pathom, and instead stayed home. As the weather improved for the afternoon we decided to go fishing for a bit. Near to our house, we have numerous canals, smaller and bigger ones, for irrigation purpose mainly. But they have also plenty of small fish. And a few bigger as I learnt. All i can say, I almost caught one, but it was too big for this gear ( just a fun kind, for small fishes) and i lost the fish at the end, with the hook included. Anyway, it was still fun, we got some lotus flowers at least, the segment where we went was full of them. Really a beautiful view. All in all, a nice afternoon.
